Digital Software Support

We have years of experience in X-Ray support as well as working with customers’ PC hardware, Operating Systems and computer networking.

This gives us a real advantage to identify problems you may have; we’ve seen most things before. If required we can also act as liaison between you and the manufacturer to save you time trying to resolve problems or just when you are getting the run around… we’ve all been there!

Training

If you have staff that need training - from scratch or refresher - we can provide it onsite or via an online webinar at a time to suit you. All our training can help you achieve the very best from your systems and aid processing and diagnosis as well as keeping you up to speed for CQC
All training attracts CPD accreditation.

Cloud Backup

Wysdom provides a dedicated backup service for customers for file safety and security. Imagine the issues, and time and expense needed to redo them if you lose your digital X-Ray files - or any other patient data for that matter, not to mention GDPR.

We know that not all practices have a reliable backup system - if at all - and it’s only after a bad experience it moves to the top of the priority list, so don’t find out the hard way; it will cost you time, money and potentially harm your business reputation.

Our backup service confirms verification and completion so you can be confident that should the worst happen and you lose data locally it can be recovered from your Wysdom Cloud account and we’ll help you to restore it to the right place. It can also be useful if you accidentally delete something… who hasn’t done that at some point? If something does need looking at, there is absolutely no obligation at any time… the choice is entirely yours.
