This is how we typically work with new customers moving from an existing system and takes a month or two; no point rushing and wishing you had taken a bit more time.

We’ll show you around the system and get to know what your particular concerns are about using a new PMS.

You can also tell us about your current system; what you like or don’t like, so we can make sure we cover everything you need in the future.

We can show you CloudPlus over the Internet or if you are not too far from our offices we can come to you or you to us.

Discuss the Detail

After a demo there are always questions that come into your mind you wish you had asked so it’s generally best to take a few days to play with our demo system, which we will give you access to.

We can then clarify any more queries you have so you have all the information you need to make the right decision for you.

Proposal

Once you are happy that we’ve gone through everything and want to proceed we’ll send you a detailed proposal together with Terms & Conditions - the legal stuff - and an outline schedule for the transition to CloudPlus.

Assuming that’s all fine you just sign and return it to us.

Data Interrogation & Conversion

This is where we discuss your data with you to see if there is anything we should do to cleanse your system of redundant information; this is by far the best time to do it.

We will also discuss the transfer process of your data. Afterwards we will convert your data so you can look at it and compare it with your current system to make sure you are happy that it will work for you and that it’s accurate.

Training

We can start online training at times to suit you and your staff and once converted with your own data, so it’s genuinely meaningful.

Ongoing web-based training is available anytime for new staff members or just as a refresher; it’s all part of your subscription.

D-Day - Going Live

We’ll agree a date to go live and on that day we will be there to hold your hand and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

It’s never simple but we’ll do our best to make it as painless as possible for you and your staff.

Ongoing Support

You can call anytime and talk to real people who will be happy to answer your questions or email or start up a support ticket through your own portal.

We will always try to help you with something you are not clear about or fix an issue that we’ve not seen before.

Each year we will visit you to help you get the most out of your CloudPlus system.
