UK monthly license subscription prices +VAT

Pricing is based on the number of surgeries and treatment rooms in the practice, with unlimited users and patient numbers. Surgeries can be shared by part-time clinicians; we don’t charge per Appointment Book.
  • Surgery 1 - £150 +VAT
  • Surgeries 2, 3 & 4 - an additional £75 each +VAT
  • Surgery 5 and upwards - £35 each +VAT

Onboarding

Ensuring a smooth migration to CloudPlus® by transferring and checking your data, setting up systems and training you and your team, is critical for a seamless transition. Our Onboarding Service covers everything, and all for an inclusive one-off fee of just £1,000 +VAT and includes:
  • Data conversion from your current system*
  • Pre-install set-up
  • Printer & X-Ray Configuration
  • CloudPlus® box installation
  • Onsite training during install
  • Webinar training
  • Follow-up onsite review three months after installation
*The amount of data that can be converted varies depending on your current system. Some suppliers will tell you that everything will come over but this is rarely the case. We will discuss this with you and give you a test conversion to view so you are happy before the live transfer.
A typical three surgery practice will therefore cost just £300 plus VAT per month.

Wysdom uses a commercial level backup service that is not comparable to basic cloud backups and this gives you a much higher degree of protection and recovery options as it keeps multiple historical backups - not just the latest. 50GB per licence is included as standard and additional space is charged as follows.

We recommend that all your critical documents are stored on your CloudPlus hardware and backed up to our cloud service. This is optional but will be discussed during the Onboarding

Webroot

We can provide Webroot Business Endpoint Protection - Anti-Virus - for your computers as an additional service and manage the installation and monitoring on your behalf. This currently cost £29 +VAT per year per device. Call us for more information or to arrange installation.

MediVision

MEDiVision solutions give your patients the information they need, in a format they understand. The combination of real videos and patient friendly animations provides your dental team with the tools to succeed.
