CloudPlus hardware support
Your CloudPlus unit is unlikely to fail or have issues in general but if it does we will fix it or replace it as part of your subscription so don’t hesitate to report any concerns.
It will need the filter behind the front cover replacing at times or you may have a disk failure. Your User Manual has all the instructions.
